1. Pro license/Bachelor's degree Project Management — Project Management

• Duration: 1 year after Bac+2 (BTS Building/TP, BUT GCCD).
• Audience: Technicians wishing to switch to TCE execution and coordination.
• Objective: preparation/planning, approval of plans, quality-costs-deadlines monitoring, OPR and GPA.
• Where? IUT, universities, CFA BTP.

2. Master pro/DU Executing Project Management (MOEX)

• Duration: 1 to 2 years after Bac+3/4.
• Audience: Drivers, designers, economists evolving towards execution monitoring.
• Advantage: site focus: weekly meetings, technical summary, interface management, reserves and GPA.
• Where? Universities, engineering schools, specialized organizations.

3. Civil Engineering/Building Engineering Diploma (Execution/Construction Option)

• Duration: 5 years
• Audience: Students aiming at complex MOEX operations.
• Advantage: strong technical credibility (Eurocodes, DTU), contract management (CCAG/CCAP) and multi-lot management.
• Where? Engineering schools and public works.

4. Certificates & authorizations (OPC, BIM Coordination, AIPR Supervisor, QSE, Public Procurement)

• Duration: from 2 days to several weeks.
• Audience: Current or incoming MOEX professionals.
• Advantage: immediate impact: robust planning, 3D synthesis, regulatory and contractual compliance.

5. Alternation/VAE

• Audience: Students (work-study) and experienced drivers (VAE).
• Objective: practice MOEX in real conditions (visa, OPR, GPA) or have the experience officially recognized.
